Nacar Design & HP Store Europe

At Nacar Design, one of Spain's leading strategic design agencies, my three-year journey translated a lesson through growth and adaptation. From my arrival as visual designer, to working with HP Europe's e-Commerce team, to adventuring as Communication Manager for five months.
As visual designer, one of my biggest challenges stood confronted a foundational task: helping to redefine Nacar's own visual identity and general tone of voice. More than a simple update, it was about rediscovering a system that could speak clearly and consistently for the entire company. Developing a new color palette and typography, restructuring the core presentation templates for all 100+ employees, and applying the visuals and motion design into everything from social media to the website itself. Forging the cohesive and modern tool kit Nacar deserved.

HP STORE EUROPE
In 2024, I was placed within the Digital Merchandising team for HP Europe e-Stores. Shifting the challenge to create campaigns and assets focused on scale and precision. Providing seasonal/promotional themes and product pages that had to be visually powerful yet systematically clean, adapting seamlessly across 7 different languages and time zones. It was designing not just for impact, but generating assets with precision for practicality, clarity and actual global consistency.

COMMS MANAGER
For my last position at Nacar, I was entrusted with steering the agency's own narrative as the interim Communication Manager. As CM, I've worked directly with stakeholders, developed communication strategies together with our New Business Team, and focused on warming up the agency's tone of voice without abdicating its credibility and professionalism. It was about ensuring that Nacar's external story was as human-centered and compelling as the work it produced for its clients.

Throughout these roles, a common thread emerged: a belief that good design, whether for a brand system, a global campaign, or a company's story, is a bridge. Connection, as true as it can be in a world of sensorial over-stimulation, comes from clarity, warmth, and purpose.
